We spend 15 minutes getting to know each other — your health history, your goals, and what hasn't been working. It's a no-pressure conversation to explore whether we're the right fit before any commitment is made.

Do I need labs or bloodwork to get started?

Not to begin. If you have recent labs, bring them — they're helpful. Olga can also guide you on what functional testing to request based on your symptoms and goals.

Is this available outside Los Angeles?

Yes. All consultations are available virtually, and Olga works with women across the US and internationally. Location is no barrier.

How is this different from seeing a doctor or dietitian?

Olga works in the space between conventional medicine and generic lifestyle advice — using functional nutrition, labs at optimal (not just "normal") reference ranges, and an approach that identifies root causes rather than managing symptoms over time.
